  • Q: I am supposed to have received a message in my apps.losrios.edu account, but I cannot find it, where can it be?
    • Assuming the message was delivered, it can be moved to the "Promotions" tab in GMail. If this is confirmed and it becomes a problem, you can look into removing the "Promotions" tab or set up filters so messages do not get placed in "Promotions"
  • Q: I was told that I can self enroll in a class because I am on the wait list (or beyond). How do I do that?
    • We have prepared a YouTube video for this purpose. Before you attempt, make sure the class is set up for self enrollment (your instructor must enable this). You may also need an enrollment password from your instructor.
